Series 1 SHOK BLOK®
An integral solid block construction for maximum durability and life, the S1 suits most machines and performs with high reliability.

Series 2 SHOK BLOK®
Series 2 SHOK BLOK®
Consisting of a base block, with a separate replaceable cassette that houses the blade, blade holder and spring.

We can produce special blocks to suit most machines, including double bladed blocks for trimming waste and special width blades.
Why Series 2 SHOK BLOK®?
- Easy Maintenance - Only the cassette needs to be removed to change the spring, leaving the block in situ. (No base cap is used).
- Cost Effective - When worn, the cassette can be replaced at a lower cost than the whole block and spare cassettes can be stocked for minimal downtime.
- Compatibility - The S2 design will fit most machines*, and as the cassette, blade, spring and holder are the same, it minimises stock holding of spares.
