Fitting and setup of the Shok Blok tooling is very easy. We can offer a full fitting and operator training service if required (geographical restrictions may apply) as well as specific fitting instructions and technical support.
For us to design your Shok Bloks we will need some information about your machine and it may be necessary to take some measurements. We can provide this service for you or specific instructions and technical support can be given if required.
Below is an exploded view of a standard type Shok Blok. This shows all the parts with their descriptions. When we supply Shok Blok tooling you will receive a booklet containing a parts list specific to your blocks, making ordering spares easy. All spares and consumables are kept in stock to help keep you running.
Shok Bloks are supplied as a pair of lead and trail blocks. A spares kit is recommended with a first set of blocks. This contains spare blades, springs, blade holders, blade screws and spring caps. In some cases a new steel anvil will also be required.
All this can be supplied as a complete package.
Various blades and springs can be supplied to suit all types and thickness of board.
