Guiding the dedicated team forward as a leading knife and tool supplier for the corrugated board industry. Hobbies include motorsport and travel.

Paula controls the financial and legal aspects of the company. Having started out in the construction industry organising and supporting site managers, Paula then trained in the accounts department. Paula keeps fiscal matters tightly controlled so that MBM operates as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

With a National Sales / Marketing and Finance BTEC and her exceptional experience from managing training nationwide for fast paced call centres to running her own successful fitness franchise. Nikki aims to continue to problem solve with confidence for a brighter future. Hobbies include gym, holiday vacations and Thai cuisine.

Jay handles the busy production and dispatch department involving ordering and processing materials and scheduling production to help meet all our customers demands. Hobbies include football, gaming and food.

With a BSC Hons Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Harrison helps with drawing new parts for production and controlling the aspects of each project. His in depth knowledge of our range of products ensures precision and quality is maintained throughout all projects and design work. Hobbies include clay pigeon shooting and travelling.

Having worked in the corrugated sector and a BA Hons degree in Graphic Communication, Charlotte helps to build customer relations and ensure service excellence at all times. Hobbies include exploring places, health and fitness, photography, quality time with family / friends and the pet dog.

With a B.A Hons Degree in Packaging Design and a skilled background in new product development, marketing and branding, Lee helps in both technical CAD drawing and creative idea generation for the company products and literature. Hobbies include architectural design and art, motorsport, cooking and cycling.

Jon comes with an extensive background in corrugated board production, having worked for 18 years in a major corrugated plant. Now responsible for maintaining customer knife stock systems, goods-in and stores. Hobbies include cars, gaming, martial arts and enjoying his caravan by the sea.

With a first class Marketing Degree Kayleigh helps to maintain good relations with all International accounts. She is meticulous in her work always ensuring a positive customer experience. In her spare time she enjoys crossfit, travel and is a real foodie.

With many years customer service experience in sales and stock control, Shelley helps deal with the customer enquiries and orders, she is also a company first aider. Hobbies include socialising with family and friends, good food.

Kevin is a highly skilled engineer and machinist, with vast experience of production methods for component manufacture and R&D gained in the Aerospace, F1, Medical and Defence sectors. Able to translate a specific customer requirement into an affordable manufactured component to a high standard of quality. Hobbies are sports, music, art, architectural design, puzzles and reading.

With a CPC in Transport and BTEC in health studies and science Beccy ensures a safe working environment for all the team. She deals with the busy dispatch and delivery service for our customers. Hobbies include zumba, horse riding and spending time with family and friends.

With many years experience in engineering and machinery Johnny helps to maintain the workshops high standards and ensure the production process flows. In his spare time he enjoys football and fishing.

With a skilled background in programming Maciej helps with setting and machining a wide range of parts from knives to large boss assemblies. Hobbies include fishing and cooking.

A skilled machinist, Ashley helps with producing the vast range of Leading and Trailing Shok Blok bodies for the set assemblies. Hobbies include Football and food.

With a level 4 HNC in Engineering Matt helps to machine and produce quality parts on the CNC mills and lathes. Hobbies include football, motorsport and photography.

With a city and guilds in production engineering and many years experience, Les is a highly skilled engineer. He helps with quality control of finished parts and assembly inspections. Hobbies include music and sport.

With a City and Guilds in engineering Shak helps with parts reconditioning, finishing and engraving. Hobbies include football and food.
